SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance) SMS consent is collected only in person or over the phone. The website does not collect SMS consent, and providing a phone number online does not enroll you in messaging.

By verbally agreeing or signing our written consent form, you authorize The Burley Branding Co. to send order‑related text messages, including artwork questions, proof approvals, invoices, payment notifications, and order status or pickup updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

 

SMS Consent & Call‑to‑Action (CTA) Customers are asked in person or over the phone if they would like to receive text messages about their orders. We provide a disclosure explaining the types of messages we send, message frequency, STOP/HELP instructions, and message/data rates. Customers verbally agree or sign our written consent form. This is the only method of opt‑in.
